A Letter From The Morris Family

Thank you so much for your support during this extremely difficult time for our family. Thank you for guiding us through the grieving process and the celebration of Wade’s faithful and exuberant life.

In August, our family received a gift shortly after Wade went to be with the Lord, a wooden sign with the quote, “Jesus is Enough,” and a hyphen with the name “T-Wade Morris.” Wade would always remind us that Jesus is enough; He is enough to sustain us and provide for us no matter what trials we are facing.

In light of all of this, Eden has a call from God to carry on Wade Morris Ministries through vocational ministry. She is currently studying at Baylor University with plans to attend seminary. She is currently speaking at some churches and student events. She is available to speak and can be reached at eden@wademorris.com. This means that we are keeping Wade Morris Ministries open for future ministry opportunities, and we need your help prayerfully, financially, and in friendship. If you desire to give, your money will go towards projects like scholarships to support Eden and Trinity through their education, and ways we will honor Wade’s legacy through The Journey Bible Study, CAMP shirts, a future book, etc.

We are proud to have set up the Timothy Wade Morris Endowed Scholarship Fund for Evangelism at Southwestern Theological Seminary. It will go to someone with a demonstrated financial need like Wade and someone who feels called to Evangelism. We are praying for this scholarship to train up more men and women to carry the Gospel with the same passion that Wade had. You can donate to the scholarship at Southwestern using the specific name listed above.

Thank you again for your prayers, support and love. It has been a very difficult season, but the Lord continues to provide and see us through.

Sincerely,

The Morris Family
